Why do we keep beating ourselves up over stuff? Having too much stuff everywhere makes us anxious and overwhelmed. Tossing or donating stuff we no longer use or need is a great way to help others in need and free up your own mind.
When is the last time you did absolutely nothing? I mean go somewhere completely alone, put the phone away, turn off the radio or TV, don't read a book or magazine, and just sit (or stand) and let your mind wander?
